We were two guys
and a dog
The shift isn’t just about better products.
It’s about everything around them working.
It started with a flat tire
and a gap no one was filling.
When CAKE collapsed, riders were left without parts, service or support.
So we stepped in and built what was missing.
We met in Stockholm through a simple repair, nothing more.
But when the same problem brought us together again, the context had changed.
What started as a conversation quickly turned into action.
Within weeks, we went from strangers to partners - acquiring inventory, setting up operations, and creating a way to keep riders on the road.
Today, we support electric mobility across brands, distribution and aftersales serving riders and fleets in more than 25 countries.
We’re still hands-on. Still building in real time.
And yes - the dog is still part of the team.
